Lys von Asta was the creative prototyping project that began Camila Gaza Manly’s exploration into bespoke lighting design.
Lys von Asta spanned one hundred consecutive days wherein Camila created one paper lamp prototype per day. This intense commitment to creative exploration provided a strong foundation for the craftsmanship needed to produce the designs she makes today.
Many of her current products are based on the original prototypes
developed during Lys von Asta.
