1. By purchasing from this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed herein.

2. Camila Gaza Manly’s lamps are primarily made out of paper, which means that they have a delicate nature. In order to ensure the lasting integrity of these products, they should not be exposed to heat or moisture.

3. The products for sale on this website are intended to be used as ‘art objects’. While also offering full functionality, they must be cared for and used in the manner of delicate sculptures. This includes, but is not limited to, the environment in which they are used.

4. As with any object that utilizes electricity, there is a risk of fire. Camila Gaza Manly advises that an adult be present during usage of her products.

5. All lamps by Camila Gaza Manly must only be operated with LED bulbs.

6. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

7. In the unfortunate event that your lamp arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged product, interior, and exterior of the box to info@camilagazamanly.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

8. All prices listed in CAD.

9. Camila Gaza Manly is not liable for any event or damage that may occur as a result of the use or misuse of any product sold on this website.

10. Camila Gaza Manly is not responsible for any duty fees that may occur upon arrival outside of Canada.

11. All product designs and information listed on this website are owned by Camila Gaza Manly. Any attempt to reproduce, distribute, or display the property of Camila Gaza Manly without permission will be subject to copyright infringement.
